Lean SixSigma, Continuous Improvement
  • Our implementation methodology of seamless integration of  waste reduction techniques of Lean production Management, with data driven SQC methodologies, will create a consistent, defect free, multi-tasked  robust manufacturing platform. The goal being to help you approach Six Sigma Quality (less than 3 errors per million operations) & provide a strategic impetus to facilitate the capture of international contracts & aid business expansion.

Our implementation methodologies are as follows.

    1. Introduction of a process based 5S methodology with involvement of the people performing that operation.
Integration of 5S with The Plan-Do-Check-and-Act (PDCA) or "Deming cycle" of continuous improvement.

    2. Establishing data collection based on CTQ (Critical to Quality) parameters.

    3. Conducting Process & Individual Machinery Capability Studies Cpk, Ppk

    4. Process charting, Value stream mapping & establishing control limits in the process; aimed at elimination of product defect, product quality variation & process delay.

    5. Set up of a Risk analysis & Control Plan.

     6.
Removal of wasteful processes, procedures & unplanned breakdowns through TPM
(Total Productive Maintenance). Integrating TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) techniques to FMEA & root cause analysis for elimination of unplanned breakdowns, processing bottlenecks, & optimizing the functioning & utilization of various process machinery. In effect a methodology to develop best practices.

     7. Mistake Proofing Operations (Poke Yoke).

     8. Introduction of Jidoka (autonomation), a unit wise strategy to ensure smooth, first time right quality production.

    9. Multi tasking of machinery & personnel to ensure minimal stand by time between processes

    10. Introduction of Kanban, the Japanese system of inventory tracking & control systems for correlating your order position to vendor supply.

    11.
Inventory rationalization through implementation of the JIT (Just in time) flexible manufacturing strategies.  Integration with VOC for flexible production efficient use of raw material inputs & a mutually beneficial supplier/vendor relationship.

    12. Customer loyalty
building through a data driven VOC (voice of customer) drive & a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
